Hypertension
Hypertension is an ubnormal elevation of blood presure.The cause is generally unknown but hypertension often accompanies arteriosclerosis or kidney diseases.
Symptoms of Hypertension
Symptoms of hypertension may be nonexistent or they may include headache,nervousness,insomnia,nosebleeds,blured vision,edema are heredity,obesity,physical or emotional stress,high salt intake,cigarette smoking and excessive use of stimulants such as coffee,tea or drugs.
Causes of Hypertension
Sodium is a primary cause of hypertension because its causes fluid retention,which adds additional stress to the heart and circulatory system.Incresing the potassium intake will cause the body excrete more sodium.
Treatment of Hypertension
Regular exercise is essential in preventing high blood pressure because it keeps the circulatory system healthy.Promoting a tranquil outlook on life is of primary importance in reducing and governing hypertension.
